Once I was in the streets of New Delhi at night and I happened to see these two super heroes standing in the middle of the street posing and watching over the street.

They are the one who keep the streets of Delhi secure and at the same time insecure. They wander in the city at nights, sometimes in the day time, in search of food. Not only bad people but also good ones afraid of them.
