This is a Delhi morning in winters. I lived in Delhi for few years and I loved it in winters.

This particular photo I clicked when I was there for my exam.
Yes, this is an exam center and students have come here for exam.

And yes, this photo was taken before I entered into the exam hall as mobile phones are not allowed inside there.

Perhaps students were thinking that it would have been beneficial if this fog had been inside the examination hall.
